Returning policy

You have the right to return this item within 30 days of purchase by notifying CosmicGDesigns and state the reason for return. The return shipping is left to the buyer.

The returned item must not be HANDWASHED, MACHINE WASHED, TUMBLEDRIED, BLEECHED, DYED, OR IRONED. These processes may destroy the crocheted items and will not be accepted. The item will be considered as damaged, non-reusable reserving the right of cosmicgdesign not to issue a refund.

After the purchasing:

CosmicGDesigns will contact you to agree on colour scheme, take measurements and agree on dispatch and delivery schedule. Note that delivery might vary between 1 week to 2 months (or more) depending on the season and availability of colour and fabric choose.

Note- Changed to yarn type might result in change in price.

Any changes to design results in changes in price.

Damaged items

In case you have damaged the fabric of the item please contact CosmicGDesigns to arrange repair. The repair will be evaluated. At a fee CosmicGDesigns might agree to repair the item. The cost of postage and packaging is left to the buyer.

Note that CosmicGDesigns reserves the right not to repair any items which have been severely damaged or burned.
