EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

Announcement to paying customers

As of 5th December 2025, unfortunately CosmicGDesigns will not be trading with the countries of the European Union and Northern Ireland. This is due to the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) set by the EU.

Please do not make purchases if you are part of the European Union countries and Nothern Ireland.

I am still investigating this regulation and I am hoping the UK and EU will provide clear and concise guidance to businesses on how to proceed.

There are quite a few websites which provide ‘responsible person’ in the EU for a substantial fee per product. I am not even sure if these website are reliable.

Therefore until further notice please accept my sincere apologies.
